Classic Swedish
A Classic Swedish massage is a session focused on circulation and revitalizing the mind and body. A Classic Swedish massage does not focus on one specific area but instead utilizes the five traditional techniques of a Classic Swedish massage to help you regain balance to your mind and body.
Integrated / Deep Tissue
A Deep Tissue / Integrated massage is a customized session using a variety or massage therapy modalities to help you feel the most relief from aches, pains, discomfort, limited range of motion, tension/stress, headaches and numbness.
Natural Hot Stone/Bamboo
A deep relaxation full body massage using natural LaPaz stones. Natural Hot Stone uses the heat from the LaPaz stones to help adhesions and tense areas of the body relax. Aromatherapy oil is also used during the Natural Hot Stone massage to help bring the mind and body into balance.
Raindrop Aromatherapy
A non-invasive, therapeutic technique that utilizes 100% therapeutic grade essential oils to assist the body in regaining its structural and electrical alignment. Therapeutic grade oils are applied along the spine-hot towels are then applied to help the oils absorb into the spine.
